1. Preparation:

2. Set the mix ratio:
- Set the mix ratio of concrete according to production needs. This step is usually completed on the computer of the control system, and the specific amount of various materials needs to be entered.
3. Start the equipment:
- Start the equipment in the order of instructions in the operating manual. Generally, turn on the power of the concrete batching plant first, and then start the conveyor belt, mixer and other related equipment in turn.
4. Batching process:
- According to the preset mix ratio, the concrete batching plant will automatically extract the corresponding materials from each silo and weigh them.
- The various materials are transported to the intermediate bucket or directly into the mixer in sequence. During this process, the electronic scale will ensure that the weight of each material is accurate.
5. Mixing process:
- After all the materials are added to the concrete mixer, start the mixing process. The mixing time needs to be determined according to the specific concrete formula to ensure that the ingredients are evenly mixed.
6. Unloading and transportation:
- After mixing, the concrete is unloaded into the concrete mixer or other means of transportation and prepared for transportation to the construction site.
7. Cleaning and maintenance:
- After production, the concrete mixer and its related equipment should be cleaned to prevent the hardening of residues from affecting the next use.
- Maintain the equipment regularly, check the status of wearing parts and replace them in time.
8. Recording and feedback:
- Record the specific data of each batching, including batching time, ratio, mixing time and other information for subsequent tracking and quality control.
- According to the feedback from the construction site, adjust the formula and batching plan in time to ensure that the quality of the concrete meets the requirements.
