Concrete Batching Plant 60m3/h

 2026.09.02

In the concrete batching plant product lineup, 60m3/h is a very special segment—it represents the upper limit of capacity for small concrete plants and the entry threshold for medium-sized concrete plants. It caters to the capacity needs of medium-sized commercial concrete plant and municipal engineering projects while retaining the low-cost and quick-deployment advantages of small concrete plants. As Haomei Machinery's flagship model designed for growing customers, the HZS60 concrete batching plant precisely positions itself at this bridging point, offering mid-sized capacity with the investment threshold of a small plant, making it a high-performance choice for upgrading commercial concrete in overseas counties and for medium-sized infrastructure projects.

Standard configuration includes a JS1000 enhanced twin-shaft forced mixer with a nominal discharge capacity of 1000L/pan and a feed capacity of 1600L. Equipped with dual 22kW drive motors, its power redundancy is 18% higher than the standard model, ensuring a stable 55-second standard mixing cycle. The theoretical capacity precisely corresponds to 60m³/h. The mixing blades employ a staggered spiral arrangement, coupled with optimized linear velocity parameters, to create a three-dimensional material flow field. The mortar density variation coefficient is ≤0.8%, enabling stable production of C10-C50 grade ordinary concrete and pumped concrete. The main unit's liners and blades are made of thickened high-manganese steel, ensuring a wear-resistant parts service life of ≥7500 hours under normal operating conditions, 20% longer than standard models in the same category, suitable for continuous production commercial concrete plants. Under continuous operation, the actual stable production capacity of HZS60 concrete batching plant reaches 50-55 m³/h, with a production rate consistently above 85%. A single 8-hour operation can output 400-440 cubic meters, perfectly covering the daily supply needs of medium-sized municipal projects and county-level commercial concrete plants.

The entire metering system uses four independent electronic weighing modules to avoid the cumulative accumulation of measurement errors. The aggregate side is equipped with a four-compartment batching machine, supporting simultaneous metering of four types of aggregates, with a dynamic weighing error ≤ ±2%. Cement, fly ash, and other powdery materials are weighed using precision spiral electronic scales, with a metering error ≤ ±1%. Water and admixtures employ a dual-verification mode of flow rate + weighing, with errors also controlled within ±1%. The system incorporates a dual-level dynamic drop compensation algorithm, automatically adjusting valve closing timing based on material particle size and humidity, eliminating the need for repeated manual calibration. Overall metering accuracy fully complies with EN 206 and ISO 19720 international standards, and the standard deviation of the 28-day compressive strength of the produced concrete can be controlled within 2.5 MPa, with excellent batch consistency.

The standard configuration includes an 800mm wide trough-type inclined belt conveyor system with a rated conveying efficiency of 120t/h, perfectly matching the aggregate supply rhythm with the mixing cycle, eliminating waiting time. An optional fully enclosed dustproof corridor is available to adapt to dusty working conditions. The entire substation adopts a highly modular design, with over 80% of core components pre-assembled in the factory. After disassembly, all components are compatible with standard 40HQ container shipping. On-site installation only requires flange connection and wiring connection, eliminating the need for secondary welding. Installation, commissioning, and production can be completed in 6-8 days, shortening the construction period by nearly 40% compared to traditional modular substations. The overall footprint is approximately 15m x 8m, requiring only a leveled and hardened ground surface, minimizing site requirements.

Equipped with an industrial-grade PLC control system and a color touchscreen interface, supporting multiple languages, 60m3/h concrete batching plant features automatic/manual dual modes, real-time monitoring of operating parameters, automatic anomaly warnings, and fault location. Ordinary workers can operate it independently after 3 days of training. For the export market, the unit supports multiple voltage standards (380V/415V/440V) and comes standard with CE certification, allowing for rapid adaptation to the power grids and compliance requirements of different countries. Haomei also provides 24-hour remote technical support and rapid shipment of core components, eliminating maintenance concerns for overseas customers.

Having worked in the industry for many years, I've always believed that 60m3/h concrete batching plant is the most cost-effective upgrade level. Many growing customers worry about insufficient capacity when choosing 50m³/h concrete batching plant, while choosing 90m³/h concrete batching plant involves an investment increase of over 30%. HZS60 concrete batching plant only requires about a 15% increase in investment to achieve a 20% increase in capacity, perfectly meeting the needs of business expansion. It is the optimal transitional choice for overseas small and medium-sized customers transitioning from temporary projects to long-term commercial concrete operations.
