Working Principle of hopper lift concrete batching plant:
- Aggregate lifting: the hopper is lifted vertically along the track by the winch to the top of the concrete mixer to complete the feeding of aggregate .
- Batching and measuring: the batching machine weighs the aggregate, powder (cement, fly ash), water and additives automatically according to the preset ratio, and conveys them to the mixer through belt or screw.
- Mixing and discharging: the concrete mixing machine mixes the materials forcibly and outputs the finished concrete through the discharging gate, the discharging height is usually 3.8~4.1 meters, which is suitable for different transportation vehicles.
