- Feeding system

- Mixing main machine

Workflow of skip hopper concrete batching plant:
- Aggregates (sand and gravel) are weighed on the ground and loaded into the skip;
- The skip rises along the guide rail to the top of the mixing main machine;
- The skip flips and pours the aggregates into the mixing main machine;
- At the same time, powder, water and admixtures are also added in proportion;
- After mixing, the concrete is discharged from the bottom discharge port.
