The Choice of High Pressure Concrete Pump

 2021.12.01

Generally, when customers purchase high pressure concrete pump, they cannot fully grasp which model to choose to meet the needs of the project. If the concrete pump model is too large or too small, it will cause unnecessary losses and increase the cost of use. The wrong selection will also bring inconvenience in use in many aspects such as mobility and power. When some concrete pump manufacturers (companies) explain to customers, due to their single products, they cannot truthfully explain and recommend products suitable for customers, which brings a series of troubles to customers. For this reason, today Haomei Machinery will teach you how to choose the type and choose the concrete pump that suits your project needs. Mainly click on several aspects to buy:

1, Classification by capacity (cubic/hour)
According to the pumping volume per hour, high pressure concrete pump is divided into: 20 cubic meters per hour, 30 cubic meters per hour, 40 cubic meters per hour, 50 cubic meters per hour, 60 cubic meters per hour, 70 cubic meters per hour, 80 cubic meters per hour, 90 cubic meters per hour and 120 cubic meters per hour. When selecting the displacement, the first consideration is whether it is commercial concrete or on-site mixing. If it is on-site mixing, it must be considered, such as the feeding volume per unit time of the mixer and the distance of the pumping distance.

2, Classified by power (kw)
According to power: the concrete pump can be classified as 37 kilowatts (currently the smallest domestic standard concrete pump, fine stone mortar pumps below 37 kilowatts), 45 kilowatts, 55 kilowatts, 75 kilowatts, 90 kilowatts, 110 kilowatts, 130 kilowatts (diesel), 132 kilowatts, 162 KW (diesel), 174 kW (diesel). When choosing a large motor concrete pump, first consider the transformer capacity, and secondly, consider the distance to the concrete pump and the size of the wire diameter, so as to avoid excessive voltage drop causing current increase or tripping down, and excessive power causing cost increase and inconvenience. The motor is too small to meet the needs of the project at the same time.

3, Classification by outlet pressure (MPa)
According to outlet pressure: high pressure concrete pump can be divided into 4.6Mpa, 6.7Mpa, 8.1Mpa, 13Mpa, 16Mpa, 18Mpa, 20Mpa, 22Mpa, etc. The outlet pressure (that is, the concrete pressure) is a sign that determines the pumping distance. Usually, the customer will explain what the project requires, the vertical height and the horizontal pumping distance, and some businesses often report theoretical parameters that are difficult for customers to understand and accept. Under normal conditions, the actual pumping (suitable for pumping concrete), vertical height = outlet pressure (Mpa)×10, that is: for example, 13Mpa concrete pump, the normal protection is 130 meters vertically, and the horizontal distance is 130 meters×3 = 390 meters. Of course, as a mechanical product, there is also its limit stock, which is an increase of 50%. The maximum vertical height is 130 meters + (130 meters×50%) = 195 meters; the level is: 390 meters + (390 meters × 50%) = 585 meters. At the same time, the distance is also affected by factors such as the airtightness of the concrete and pipeline.
