Configurations of Stationary Concrete Batched Plant

1, Material weighing system
The material weighing system of stationary concrete batch plant is a key component that affects the quality of concrete and the cost of concrete production. It is mainly divided into three parts: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. All weighing is controlled by electronic scale and microcomputer. The weighing accuracy of aggregate is ≤2%, and the weighing accuracy of cement, powder, water and additives are all ≤1%.

2, Material storage system
The materials that can be used for concrete storage are basically the same. The aggregates are stacked in the open air (closed silo of the large-scale commercial stationary concrete batched plant equipment in the city); the powder is stored in a fully enclosed steel structure silo; the mixture is stored in a steel structure container.

3, Control system
The control system of the stationary concrete batching plant equipment is the central nerve of the whole equipment. The control system has different functions and configurations according to the different requirements of users and the size of the stationary batching plant. Generally speaking, the control system of the small concrete batching plant available on the construction site is simple, and the system of the large stationary concrete mixing plant is more complicated.

4, Material conveying system
At present, there are two ways of conveying in stationary concrete batching plant: hopper conveying and belt conveying. The advantages of hopper lifting are small footprint and simple structure. The advantages of belt conveying are large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. Belt conveying is mainly suitable for concrete mixing plants with temporary storage bins for aggregates, thereby improving the productivity of the concrete mixing plants. Powder conveying; the powder materials available for concrete are mainly cement, fly ash and mineral powder. At present, the commonly used powder conveying method is screw conveyor conveying, and large-scale mixing buildings adopt pneumatic conveying and scraper conveying. The advantages of screw conveying are simple structure, low cost and reliable use.

5, Mixing host
The main machine of stationary concrete batched plant equipment is divided into forced mixing and self-falling mixing according to its mixing method. Forced concrete mixer is currently the mainstream used in domestic and foreign concrete mixing stations. It can mix a variety of concretes such as fluidity, semi-dry hardness and dry hardness. The self-falling concrete mixer mainly mixes liquid concrete, which is rarely used in concrete mixing plants at present.
